Take a photo of a receipt and Traceon reads the shop, the items and the amounts. Categories learn from how you classified earlier receipts.
AI assistant
“How much did I spend on restaurants this year?”, “lunch €12.50 yesterday”, “remind me at 9 pm”: type or dictate, and it answers or prepares the entry, chart or alert. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Charts and dashboards
Trends, averages and totals by category, and dashboards with charts from several actions. You can ask for them in words too.
Calendar and timeline

Questions
Do I need to pay to start?
No. The free plan has no time limit and already includes some AI; Pro and Premium add more receipt scans and more AI each month.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It opens in the browser and can be installed on your home screen, like an app.
Which AI does it use, and what does it see?
OpenAI’s, only after you give your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. It receives your question and the records needed to answer, never your email or name. The AI proposes and you decide: nothing is saved until you confirm.
Can I share with my family?
Yes, with Pro or Premium: you share the actions you choose, not the whole account. The other person needs a Traceon account, which can be free, and sees those actions in their app. You choose what they can do, and anything private is never shared.
Can I change the templates?
Yes. A template is only a starting point: fields, lists, charts and how entries appear in the calendar can all be changed.
Does Traceon issue invoices?
No. It organizes your expenses and records; it does not issue invoices or talk to the tax authority.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export everything at any time, in Settings.
